Today, guitar legend ERIC CLAPTON has announced a series of European concerts for 2026, with performances scheduled in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Hungary.

 

In addition, Bushbranch/Surfdog Records revealed they will release a remastered special edition of Clapton’s iconic 1989 album Journeyman, featuring four new bonus tracks uncovered from the original sessions. The album, Journeyman: Deluxe Edition, will be available digitally and on CD/LP on November 21.

 

The announcement comes with the previously unreleased single and music video “Forever”, written by Jerry Williams, available to watch and listen to HERE(Opens in new tab).

 

Journeyman: Deluxe Edition breathes new life into the classic album, including three previously unreleased tracks from the original sessions plus an additional bonus track. It features timeless hits such as “Pretending,” “Bad Love,” and “Running on Faith,” with guest appearances from George Harrison, Phil Collins, Chaka Khan, Daryl Hall, Robert Cray, and more.

 

Clapton himself states: “Journeyman . . . It’s what I want to be known as; I like to think I’m a craftsman. I think I’m always working on mastering my craft.”

His latest release, Meanwhile, came out on October 4th, 2024. The 14-track album features six never-before-heard tracks and includes collaborations with Jeff Beck, Van Morrison, Bradley Walker, Judith Hill, Daniel Santiago, and Simon Climie. Listen and order Meanwhile HERE(Opens in new tab).

 

The European concerts follow his successful 2025 U.S. tour, which included a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden.
