About

Koncert w Polsce odbędzie się 19 czerwca 2019 roku, COS Torwar, Warszawa. German singer, with unnaturally blonde hair and a characteristic voice that hasn't changed a bit over the years. I think everyone knows that it's about the vocalist of the band "Scooter". The group was formed in December 1993 on the foundations of "Celebrate the Nun". Their debut single was the cover of the song René et Gaston - "Vallée De Larmes". The first studio album "...and the Beat Goes On!" was released on March 3, 1995. The song "Hyper Hyper" was initially supposed to be only a small hit played on the club scene, but he managed to achieve the second place on the German charts. He also made it to the top five in Switzerland, Austria and Italy, and in the meantime to the top ten in the Netherlands and Norway. The third single entitled "Move Your Ass" also became a hit in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Holland, Norway and Italy. In 1996 the band released two albums: "Our Happy Hardcore" and "Wicked!", from which the song "I'm Raving" helped to win more fans and opened the door to further careers. In June 1998, Scooter released one of his most popular singles "How Much is the Fish?", from his fifth album "No Time to Chill". The album reached fourth place on the German album list, while in Finland it won the golden award for selling more than 36,000 copies. The year 2000 brought the band another album - "Sheffield", which was represented by two singles: "I'm Your Pusher" and "She's the Sun". In 2003 the music video for the song "Weekend!" caused a big scandal, because some of the dancers were naked and displayed lesbian behavior. The band, not worrying about the wave of criticism, continued to create more and more courageous pieces. "Mind The Gap" was the tenth album of the German trio, which was released on November 8, 2004 in three different versions: basic, regular and deluxe. In the following years albums "Who's Got the Last Laugh Now?" (2005), "The Ultimate Aural Orgasm" (2007), "Jumping All Over the World" (2007) and "Under the Radar Over the Top" (2009) were released. On February 9, 2010 it was announced that the band will perform the official song "Stuck on Replay" during the 2010 IIHF World Championship. The fifteenth studio album "The Big Mash Up" was officially released on October 14, 2011. During the next few years the group released four albums, the last one in 2017 is entitled "Scooter Forever".
