Personalised tickets:
Fans are at the heart of the live entertainment industry. Everything we do at Ticketmaster is to give you the best possible experience when purchasing tickets and attending live events. Recently, we have seen that tickets for many of the events we sell for are being resold illegally on the secondary market and offered at a much higher price, than Organizer declared. This is why we are introducing our new ‘personalised tickets’. These tickets cannot be resold and ensure that tickets are available for and remain with true fans.
If your tickets for a concert are PERSONAL TICKETS, please make sure you bring along your identity document. Personal details of concert goers displayed on the tickets will be verified at the entrance and must be consistent with the details included in their identity documents.
The event Organiser and Ticketmaster reserve the right to deny access to the concert to ticket holder who will not present an identity document or if the details displayed on the ticket diverge from the details of the ticket holder.
Please tell the other concert goers for whom you have bought tickets to bring along an identity document.
How it works?
- The tickets for the event are personal. You will need to provide first name and surname of each participant while placing an order.
- The first name and surname of each concert goer will be printed on their tickets.
- Tickets will be checked on entry to the venue to ensure the attendee name on the ticket matches the name on the attendee ID. Please take the identity document with you.
Ticketmaster will agree to a change of personal details on a personalised ticket in consideration for PLN 100 fee per ticket, the price NOT includes the costs of mailing the ticket duplicate to the Client. If you need to change personal details on your ticket, contact us at help.ticketmaster.pl, make a payment, send us the original ticket(s) and complete the form. You may change personal details on your personalised ticket only once and only by order owner.
